Insurance Authorization Packet
An insurance authorization packet for ABA services is a request submitted by ABA providers to insurance companies to approve coverage for ABA therapy. It includes the patient's medical history, treatment plan summary, and supporting documentation. If approved, the insurance company will issue an authorization number for the therapy.
