BCBA’s (Board Certified Behavior Analysis) are placed in schools to work with administrators, teachers, staff, paraprofessionals, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement an individualized plan for each student based on the principles of ABA.

BCBA’s create behavior plans to decrease behaviors that interfere with learning while increasing skills that the students need to be successful in the school.
